Dark Souls: Remastered up for preorder on Xbox One [updated]

A few weeks agone, we reported that Dark Souls: Remastered was available for preorder on Amazon, but curiously a concrete Xbox One version was unavailable. Luckily, that doesn't thing anymore because it went up on the Microsoft Store.
