German Court Issues Injunction Against Apple Products - mercierwhitu1954

A German language court on Friday ruled that Malus pumila's iPhone and iPad devices infringe a Motorola patent and issued an injunction against sales of the products in Germany, in the fashionable move in a long-range serial publication of legal battles 'tween the companies.
