Cake Decorating Supplies Neat Ottawa

We will be traveling to Ottawa very soon and I was just wondering if any cc members know of any good cake decorating supply stores to shop at while we are there?

Unfortunately, there is not much here. Michaels has the typical Wilton stuff and so does Bulk Barn. I usually order my stuff online.

Do you have some links to where to buy online? I am in Manitoba(moved from Ottawa a few years ago) I have been looking for some sites and come up with a lot that do not ship to Canada. Also how much custom do you normally pay if it is from the states?

A CC member (suela) also from Ottawa, told me about Artistic Cake Design. I have yet to go, but sounds interesting.

Ottawa here as well!

Artistic Cake Design is fantastic - the people are super nice and they deliver great results. I had my parents 25th anniversary cake done there (I wasn't into it at that point) and it was excellent.

Welcome Caike! It's nice to see other poeple from the Ottawa area. I'm actually near Carleton Place, so next time I'm in Nepean, I will definitley check out A.C.D.

Right on - I'm out in the east end towards Montreal. We just moved out here from Kanata; it's been amazing! And the bigger kitchen is just encouraging my baking addiction.

I use Golda's and Flour Confections.

HI IM A FULLTIME BAKER AND IM TRYING TO FIND A PLACE THAT I CAN FIND A PRINCESS CASTLE IM HAVING NO LUCK...ITS NOT THE NEWER ONE THEY HAVE ITS THE OLDER ONE...PINK ROUND TOWERS PIC FRAME AND PLASTIC DOOR... ITS I BELIEVE 6 PIECE SET..ANYONE I LOOK EVERYWHERE!!! I NEED THIS FOR AN ORDER IM DOING OCTOBER 6TH!

I am in Cambridge/Kitchener, Ontario and I usually order from these two places:

Icing Inspirations in Kitchener - she has free shipping on Tuesdays (I believe) if your order is over a certain amount. She also has some fantastic classes with well known cake artists.

The other place I order from is Flour Confections. I very seldom have a problem finding what I'm looking for.

Both places are extremely reasonable and shipping is good too.
